Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Otoflow subscriptions.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in our sole discretion. Unused portions of a paid period will not be refunded upon cancellation.

3. Trials & Promotions

If you signed up for a trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid a charge.

4. Enterprise Contracts

Enterprise plans are governed by the terms in the applicable order form or master services agreement, which supersedes this policy where inconsistent.
